CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases caused by GSK3(glycogen synthase kinase-3) from nucleus to cytoplasm contains a compound of chemical formula I, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, prodrug, or isomer as an active ingredient. The diseases caused by GSK3 movement are cancer or diabetes. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing cancer cell growth or metastasis contains the compound of chemical formula I, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, prodrug, or isomer as an active ingredient.
