PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method of BCA data having high reliability to a storage medium, the storage medium, a method of reproducing BCA data from the storage medium, and a device for manufacturing the storage medium.

SOLUTION: The thickness of a film material used for a recording layer for BCA data or near an inner periphery of the storage medium in the vicinity of the BCA data is made uniform by using a base material of the storage medium formed by being sucked by sucking mechanisms 71 and 72 formed in an arc shape so as to be integrated. Thereby, information recorded in a BCA (burst cutting area) or near the inner periphery of the storage medium in the vicinity of the BCA can be accurately and stably recorded.
