<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide recovery system capable of reducing energy necessary for recovering carbon dioxide from combustion exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon dioxide recovery system comprises an absorbing tower 3 which absorbs carbon dioxide into an absorption liquid, a regenerating tower 5 which releases the carbon dioxide gas from the absorption liquid to regenerate the absorption liquid by feeding the absorption liquid absorbed with the carbon dioxide from the absorbing tower 3, and a recovering heat exchanger 7 which heats the absorption liquid absorbed with the carbon dioxide from the absorbing tower 3 by a heat source of the absorption liquid regenerated from the regenerating tower 5. In addition, a rich solution pump 9 which sends the absorption liquid absorbed with the carbon dioxide from the absorbing tower 3 to the recovering heat exchanger 7 is provided between the absorbing tower 3 and the recovering heat exchanger 7. Further, a pressure adjusting valve 11 which adjusts a pressure of the absorption liquid in the recovering heat exchanger 7 is provided between the recovering heat exchanger 7 and the regenerating tower 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
