<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device and a control method for a liquid injection head, capable of restraining favorably a temperature of a liquid from getting high, without enlarging a device. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid injection device includes an injection head 10 provided with a plurality of pressure generation chambers 11 communicated with a nozzle 13, the first pressure generation means 23 for generating a pressure change in the pressure generation chambers 11, the first liquid chamber 18 provided in one end side of the pressure generation chambers 11, the second liquid chamber 20 provided in the other end side of the pressure generation chambers 11, circulation flow passages 21 provided between the respective pressure generation chambers, and for connecting the first liquid chamber 18 and the second liquid chamber 20, and the second pressure generation means 24 provided corresponding to each circulation flow passage and for generating a pressure change in the circulation flow passage 21, and a circulation control means for driving the second pressure generation means 24 at prescribed timing, to generate the pressure change in the circulation flow passage 21, and for circulating the liquids in the first liquid chamber 18 and the second liquid chamber 20 via the circulation flow passages 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
