PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for identifying a service to be influenced which reliably and promptly identifying a service that is actually influenced using information on a service provision (reservation) zone to a user and fault occurrence information upon the occurrence of a fault in a network. SOLUTION: The device for identifying the service to be influenced includes an identifying means to collect end point information of a service for provision or reservation, collect fault information from end points, extract service candidates influenced by the fault from the fault information and the end point information, and identify the service to be influenced by the fault by checking communication among the end points of the extracted service candidates to be influenced.
