<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving the accuracy of positioning a lid in a centering device used in a suction transfer means of the lid. <P>SOLUTION: The means has: a pressing piece 2A for pressing an end surface of the lid; a guide rail 3A for guiding a linear movement in a direction parallel to the main surface of the lid; a coil spring 4A for urging the pressing piece 2A in the direction of the lid; a cam plate 5 for blocking the movement of the pressing piece 2A owing to the coil spring 4A in the direction of the lid; and a cam follower 6A for moving integrally with the pressing piece 2A, abutting to the cam plate 5 and moving. The pressing piece 2A, guide rail 3A, coil spring 4A and cam follower 6A are formed so that center lines in their moving direction or expanding/contracting direction exist on one plane perpendicular to the main surface of the lid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
