<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of downsizing and cost reduction of the heating cooker using a heating coil as a heating source of three heating ports arranged at the top plate. <P>SOLUTION: This has a plurality of heating coils 5a, 6a, 7a arranged on the lower face of the top plate on which a cooking container is placed, a plurality of inverters 22, 32, 35 to convert a direct current voltage into an alternating current voltage and to supply a high frequency current respectively to the plurality of heating coils, and the main control section 50 which when the sum of electric power set for at least two heating coils 6a, 7a out of the plurality of heating coils 5a, 6a, 7a exceeds the first maximum used electric power set in advance, reduces the electric power of the two heating coils 6a, 7a or either one of the heating coils so as to become the maximum used electric power or less.
