<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate answerer's operation loads to an inquiry through mail, and to provide effective information together with answers. <P>SOLUTION: An announcement information generation apparatus includes: an announcement information storage means for storing a keyword and announcement information related to the keyword by making them associated with each other; a keyword extraction means for extracting the keyword from e-mail; an announcement information selection means for selecting announcement information corresponding to the keyword from the announcement information storage means based on the keyword extracted by the keyword extraction means; a template generation means for generating a template for preparing return e-mail by adding the announcement information selected by the announcement information selection means; and a return mail generation means for generating answer mail including answer information to an inquiry item based on the template generated by the template generation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
