<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection sheet for a solar cell module, which has a fluorine-containing coat layer with superior steam barrier and wettability. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The protection sheet for the solar cell module includes a base sheet and the fluorine-containing resin coat layer laminated on at least one surface of the base sheet, wherein ions are implanted in the fluorine-containing resin coat sheet. (2) The protection sheet for the solar cell module described in the (1) is characterized in that one or more selected out of He, Ar, Kr, N<SB>2</SB>, and O<SB>2</SB>are ion-implanted in the fluorine-containing resin coat layer.
