PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a game parlor to appropriately deal with a player who takes advantage of privileges of replay given to a member conditionally. SOLUTION: When a member card 15 of a player ID different from a player ID identified by the member card 15 whose state of reception is canceled is received during a monitoring period after the state of reception of the member card 15 has been canceled, that is, different player IDs are received in succession, the player ID identified by the member card 15 received first is associated with the player ID identified by the member card 15 received last to determine whether or not an identical player uses a plurality of player IDs by using other persons' names.
