<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade structure increasing turbine work and reducing the total pressure of a diffuser inlet by making a hub side work, and improving diffuser efficiency by shifting a flow in a diffuser to a blade profile part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the blade structure wherein a fillet round part 9 increasing strength is provided on the hub 8 of the blade profile 3, regarding a nozzle passage of a hub cross section formed between the adjacent blade profiles 3, 3, the fluctuation of a nozzle passage width by the fillet round part 9 is made to be a desirable value by vertically adjusting a shape of an upper surface 21 of a platform 20.
