<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast joint member which can save space, improve transport efficiency and reduce costs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The precast joint member includes a column connection part 5 connecting columns 2 together and a beam connection part 6 connecting at least two beams 3 arranged in a direction intersecting with each other in a plane view. A joint beam main bar 8 of the joint connecting the beam main bars 9 of one of the beams 3 is embedded in the beam connection part 6 with its end projecting, and a mechanical joint member 10, to which the beam main bars 9 of the other beam 3 are mechanically jointed, is embedded in the beam connection part.
