<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a conventional chassis structure, a separate member such as a spring member is required to prevent undesired radiation (especially, an electromagnetic wave of high frequency) occurring from an electronic equipment body from leaking outside, which increases cost for components and assembly steps, and which is not economical. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Electronic equipment has a front frame 17 which has a support receiving face 29, and an upper case 15 which has a contact face part 31 placed on the support receiving face and where the contact face part is movably supported without being fixed to the support receiving face. A stopper piece 28, which projects in a direction that intersects with a face direction of the contact face part 31, is provided at the support receiving face 29, and the upper case 15 is assembled on a main chassis 14 in a state where a front end edge of the contact face part 31 is made to abut on the stopper piece 28.
