PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote adaptor device, etc. transmitting a pointer value acquired from an electronic meter to a centralized meter reading board designed so as to acquire a pointer value from an encoder type meter. SOLUTION: The remote adaptor device includes: a meter communication part 33 for reading out a pointer value from the electronic meter and recording the read pointer value in a memory 34: and an encoder output part 35 for detecting a system to which a measurement current is output from a meter reading board 20 and a flow direction of the measurement current and inserting a resistance value corresponding to a figure value of the pointer value stored in the memory 34, which corresponds to the detected system and direction, into the system detected by a measurement current detection part.
