PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition from which a coating film having high surface hardness is obtained. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a binder resin (A) and carboxylic acid (B) having three or more carboxy groups. The binder resin (A) is obtained by polymerizing (A-a) unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or unsaturated carboxylic anhydride, (A-b) a monomer copolymerizable with (A-a), and/or (A-c) a monomer having a 2-4C cyclic ether group.
