PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cooking with well finishing possible despite a structure where the upper and lower heaters are partitioned by chambers. SOLUTION: A heating compartment temperature sensor 31 for detecting the temperature of the inside of a heating compartment 10 in addition to an upper heater chamber temperature sensor 29 and a lower heater chamber temperature sensor 30 are arranged in a cooker. A heating control section 32 drives the upper heater 20 and the lower heater 21 and reduces the output of the upper heater 20 and the lower heater 21 when the temperature of the inside of the heating compartment 10 detected by the heating compartment temperature sensor 31 becomes the target temperature or above. Consequently, the temperature rise of the inside of the heating compartment 10 is suppressed and the temperature is stabilized around the target temperature 170°C, thereby burn accelerating appetite can be made in the front and rear faces of a fish in the case of grill cooking and the surface of a cake does not burn and a pudding is not pithy and well finishing can be obtained in the case of oven cooking.
