<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a movement error of an optical component occurring due to driving deviation in a mobile mechanism which occurs upon interlayer movement in a multi-layer disk, with a simple means, and to achieve accurate correction of spherical aberration in a high-accuracy, at high speed, by using an small apparatus, at low cost and with low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical pickup, a stepping motor 5 moves a collimator lens 4 from a position where information of a first information recording layer L1 is reproduced to a position where information of a second information recording layer L2 is reproduced, a detector 10 detects an intermediate position between the position where the information of the first information recording layer L1 is reproduced in the collimator lens 4 and the position where the information of the second information recording layer L2 is reproduced, and an optical pickup-controlling section 20 moves the collimator lens 4 based on the detection result of the detector 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
