<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of preventing illegal connection from a host device not permitted in use of a device by limiting host devices for processing association with a method except identification of a password. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: a processing means for processing association between the image processing device and a host device to perform radio communication between the image processing device and the host device (a step S111); and a control means for comparing the host ID transmitted from the host device with a permitted host ID showing the host device, which is permitted in execution of association processing (a step S106), when processing association, and for determining whether association processing by the processing means is to be performed or not based on a result of the comparison (a step S107). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
