<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide security service technology for network robot services to enable each subject of robot services to securely communicate with each other. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes a domain security management unit 16 and a root security management unit 400. The domain security management unit 16 is connected with at least one or more client robots 10, 12 existent within a domain, generates a shared key between the client robots 10, 12 and external servers 500, 600, generates a key distribution request message including the shared key and transmits the key distribution request message to the external servers 500, 600. The root security management unit 400 is connected with the at least one or more external servers 500, 600 existent outside the domain and the domain security management unit 16 over a network.
