PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine allowing adjustment of a circulation amount of a refrigerant corresponding to a change of an operation mode while suppressing increase of the number of components. SOLUTION: In a refrigerant circuit 101 of this vending machine 1001, when starting heat pump operation, a control means first stops a box outside fan 10 while a compressor 1 starts (rotates), and supplies the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant to a gas cooler 3 only for a prescribed first time (the first process). When the first time lapses, the control means starts (rotates) the box outside fan 10 only for a prescribed second time. Since the compressor 1 has started during that time, the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant of an amount corresponding to the second time is supplied to the gas cooler 3 (the second process). Furthermore, when the second time lapses, the control means stops the box outside fan 10, stops the supply of the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant to the gas cooler 3, and starts refrigerant supply (the heat pump operation) to a heating heat exchanger 8 (the third process).
