PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a variety of game properties to be enjoyed in one game machine. SOLUTION: In the game machine including a game control means (a game controller 30), the game control means includes: a variable display game performance control means (the game controller 30) for successively performing variable display games in order of storage of rights of performance on the basis of the rights of performance of the variable display games stored in a first start storage means and a second start storage means; a number-of-rounds setting means (the game controller 30) for setting the number of rounds differing between in a special game state occurring on the basis of the first start memory and in a special game state occurring on the basis of the second start memory; and an open mode-setting means (the game controller 30) for differing open modes of a movable member of a special variable prize-winning device in accordance with the kind of special game state so as to differ an amount of game value that can be given even when the number of rounds in the special game state set by the number of rounds setting means is equal to it.
