<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor supporting vibration absorber which makes floor impact sound insulation performance proper, the overall height of which can be set low and which facilitates the adjustment of a vibration control frequency; and to provide a floor structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A second elastic member 26 is attached to teh two opposed ends of the top surface of a supporting panel 15. The second elastic member 26 composed of a leaf spring includes an attachment 26A, an arm 26B and a leading end 26C.
