<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for cross-linking and cross-linked rubber having low friction coefficient, excellent scratch resistance and exhibiting blooming resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition for cross-linking contains cross-linking rubber and a graft copolymer composition containing a component (A) and a component (B) as follows and the content of the graft copolymer composition is set to 0.1-20 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass cross-linking rubber. The component (A) is a graft copolymer comprising an olefin-based polymer segment (a) as a stem component and a vinyl copolymer segment (b) formed of at least one kind of a vinyl monomer as a branch component. The component (B) is an aliphatic amide. The graft copolymer composition preferably contains a component (C), which is formed of ethylene and at least one kind of vinyl monomer.
