<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the processing capacity for unit time to paste an adhesive sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 includes a label printer 11 capable of delivering an adhesive sheet S to be applied to an object W to which the sheet is applied, conveying means 12 for conveying the adhesive sheet S, pressing means 13 capable of pressing and applying the adhesive sheet S to the object W, moving means 15 for moving the pressing means 13 and the conveying means 12, a line sensor 18 for detecting the upper surface height forming the adhesion position of the object W, and control means 20 for controlling these means and the label printer 11. The label printer 11 delivers the adhesive sheet S to the position of delivery at a predetermined distance being apart from the position of adhesion.
