PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable gear pump reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In a circumscribing gear pump, driving pins 10b and 10e and driven pins 11b and 11d driving corresponding driving gears 16 and 26 and driven gears 17 and 27 are provided on a driving shaft 10 and a driven shaft 11, recessions 16b, 17b, 26b and 27b fittable with the corresponding driving pins 10b and 10e of the driving shaft 10 and the driven pins 11b and 11d of the driven shaft 11 are provided in common positions of the driving gears 16 and 26 and the driven gears 17 and 27, and the driving gears 16 and 26 and the driven gears 17 and 27 are mutually assembled with the phases of the recessions 16b, 17b, 26b and 27b shifted.
