PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table lifting device for a cabinet which is capable of lifting a table up/down especially by using an urging means such as a spring. SOLUTION: The table lifting device 10 includes the cabinet, an opening, a lifting unit 40, a cover (e.g. an upper frame 42), the table 50, the urging means, a first locking means for locking the lifting unit 40 at a descending position against the urging force of the urging means, a second locking means for locking the table 50 at a developed position, and a third locking means for locking the lifting unit 40 at an ascending position in conjunction with the second locking means in the locking state and releasing the locked state of the lifting unit in conjunction with the release of the locking state of the second locking means.
