<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic apparatus from performing an action unintended by a user even if the user touches a touch switch provided on an operation panel of the electronic apparatus inadvertently. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On a decoration panel 33, there are formed a concave portion 33b on a front surface 33a and a convex portion 33f of a rear surface 33c to make a pair. On the other hand, on a touch panel 34 there are formed a inserting-hole 34b into which the convex portion 33f of the decoration panel 33 can be inserted and four tongue pieces 34d extending toward the inside of the inserting hole 34b from an periphery part 34c of the inserting-hole 34b, and on each of the surfaces of the tongue pieces 34d, there is fixed an electrode 38 respectively. Furthermore, the touch panel 34 is pasted on the rear surface 33c of the decoration panel 33 with a double-sided tape 39 in-between in a state of the convex portion 33f of the decoration panel 33 being inserted into the inserting-hole 34b, and thereby, each of the tongue pieces 34d and the electrode 38 contacts with or comes near the convex portion 33f of the decoration panel 33.
