Provided is an optical disc of which at least an optical reflection layer and a light transmission layer comprised of a cured film of a ultraviolet curable type composition are stacked on the substrate, and carries out the reproduction of information by using blue laser made incident from the optical transmission layer side.  The optical disc is not more than 1500 MPa in elastic modulus (25°C) measured by pushing a Vickers indenter with the angle of 136°, which is defined between ridges, into the cured film surface of the ultraviolet curable type composition under a load of 100 mN and is not more than 10 MPa in loss elastic modulus (E'') of the cured film at 60°C in the dynamic viscoelastic spectrum measured at the frequency of 3.5 Hz.  Thus, it is difficult to warp at the curing time, a plastic deformation is hardly caused even in the case where a load is imposed over a long period of time, and a suitable signal reproduction characteristic can be realized.
