<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the convergence time of a vibration phenomenon of a current and a voltage generated during reverse recovery operation of a reflux diode. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises the reflux diode D and a semiconductor snubber circuit 200 which is connected to the reflux diode D in parallel and includes a capacitor and a resistance, wherein the capacitor in the semiconductor snubber circuit 200 is formed at a position different from a region in a semiconductor base where a depletion layer is formed by the reflux diode D in a cutoff state of the reflux diode D, so the convergence time of the vibration phenomenon of the current and voltage generated during the reverse recovery operation of the reflux diode D can be shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
