<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device which does not affect a positional relationship with an original signal even if a position control period is varied, and a position control method. <P>SOLUTION: A position control unit includes a second position control gain generation unit (21) which divides the position control period by an increment value of a motor position generation time, and generates a second position control gain by multiplying it by a previously set first position control gain, and a speed command generation unit (22) which subtracts a value obtained by multiplying a motor speed increment value by the second position control gain from a value obtained by multiplying the position command increment value by the first position control gain and generates a new velocity command by adding the last velocity command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
