<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, which is improved in the operation efficiency in operation confirmation of a processor using an emulator. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a processor bus-connected to a nonvolatile semiconductor memory, which can switch an actual machine mode of operating based on a program on the semiconductor memory and an emulation mode of operating based on a control signal from an emulator; a connector including a first terminal to which a mode switching signal for switching the operation mode of the processor is input from the emulator and a plurality of second terminal connected respectively multiplex terminals of the processor, to which the emulator is detachably connected; a change-over switch having a switching terminal to which the mode switching signal is input, and interrupting the connection between the multiplex terminals and the second terminals based on the mode switching signal; and a manual switching part which switches, based on manual operation, a part between the switching terminal and the first terminal into either a conducting state or an interrupting state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
