<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of the structure of a miniaturized silencer, which dehumidifies inflowing compressed air to purify the same and sufficiently reduces the noise caused by the discharge of the compressed air, in a compressed air dryer such as a compressed air brake device for vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: The structure of the silencer includes a bottomed cylindrical body constituted of a base 33A, an outer case 33B formed so as to be raised from the circumference of the base 33A and a space part 33C. The outer peripheral surface of the outer case 33B of a silencer spacer 33 has outwardly protruding edges 33a, 33b and 33c provided to the upper, middle and lower stages thereof. The base 33A of the silencer spacer 33 has a large number of small through-holes 33d formed therethrough, constitutes a group and is integrally formed along with the outer case 33B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
