<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form creation processing system and a business form creation processing method and program for supporting efficient business form creation. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 21 of a business form creation support server 20 specifies a CSV file associated with a selected business form. Then, when any CSV file is not registered in a CSV file data storage part 23, a control part 21 of the business form creation support server 20 executes SQL(Structured English Query Language) execution processing. In this case, the control part 21 retrieves a database from an SQL sentence. Then, the control part 21 obtains the table head/table side. Then, the control part 21 generates a two-dimensional array, and when the table head/table side are matched, the control part 21 stores the data in the array area of the table head/table side. Then, when an EOF is reached, the control part 21 generates a CSV file.
