PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle high in the cooling efficiency of a capacitor substantially preventing snow, a small branch or the like from entering an air conditioner. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning unit (8) blowing conditioned-air toward the inside of a cab, and an air-conditioning case (6) for housing a capacity (9) and a cooling fan (10) extend backward of the outside of a machine from a ceiling of the cab provided at a vehicle body frame. The air-conditioning case (6) is formed of a tubular body, and a cover body (7) is fixed to an opening on its rear end face. The cover body has a vertical wall blocking the rear end opening to the right and the left, an eaves (72) with right and left sidewalls extending diagonally downward from an upper edge of the opening, and a plurality of lateral louvers (76) horizontally supported diagonally downward at predetermined intervals via vertical walls between the eaves (72) and a bottom face of the cover body.
