PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated sheet which is excellent in handleability in an un-cured state and gives a cured product excellent in dielectric breakdown characteristics, heat conductivity and heat resistance. SOLUTION: This insulated sheet is characterized by comprising a polymer (A) having aromatic skeletons and having a weight-average mol.wt. of≥10,000, at least one resin (B) among an epoxy resin (B1) having aromatic skeletons and a weight-average mol.wt. of≤600 and an oxetane resin (B2) having aromatic skeletons and having a weight-average mol.wt. of≤600, a curing agent (C), and a filler (D), wherein, in the total amount of the resin components in the insulated sheet of 100 wt.%, the polymer (A) and the resin (B) are contained in amounts of 20 to 60 wt.% and 10 to 60 wt.%, respectively, and the polymer (A) and the resin (B) are contained in the total amount of <100 wt.%, and the hydroxyl group equivalent of the resin (B) is≥6,000.
