PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fixing and releasing of two rotating members by using one operation member, and generation of a time difference between the fixing and the releasing of the two rotating members. SOLUTION: The camera support device 1 includes a first rotating member 2, a second rotating member 3, a support member 4, an operation member 53, a first engagement portion 51, and a second engagement portion 52. The second rotating member 3 has first and second arm portions 21, 22 interposing the first rotating member 2 therebetween and supports the first rotating member 2 turnably. The support member 4 is interposed between the first and second arm portions 21, 22 and supports the second rotating member 3 turnably. The first engagement portion 51 is formed by a serration formed on a contact surface of the first and second arm portions 21, 22 and the first rotating member. The second engagement portion 52 is formed by a serration formed on a contact surface of the second arm poerion 22 and the support member 4 and is set to have an engagement depth different from that of the first engagement portion 51.
