PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an emission direction of X-rays easily in an X-ray emission device to form hard X-rays by utilizing a reversed Compton scattering phenomenon. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a laser light source device 1 to emit laser light, a light guide means 2 to guide the laser light emitted from the laser light source device 1 to a light collecting region R, a stage 3 to which the light guide means 2 is fixed, and a moving means 4 to fix the light collecting region R to move the stage 3.
