PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve static and dynamic fitting property of an abdominal part of a tape type disposable diaper. SOLUTION: The tape type disposable diaper is fitted on the body by bringing fastening tapes 5 from both sides of the hip to the outer surface of the abdominal part F and by connecting the fastening tapes 5 with a target tape 6. The target tape 6 has a fixed part 6B fixed at a center part in the width direction of the abdominal part F and a free part 6F extending from the fixed part 6B in both width directions and is not fixed to or is fixed releasably to the abdominal part F. The free part 6F has a connecting part 6L for the fastening tapes 6 and an elastic extension/contraction part 6E arranged at least between the fixed part 6B and the connecting part 6L of the free part 6F and elastically extended/contracted in the width direction.
