<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate AD converter and a current detector in a circuit structure that can increase a frequency of sampling digital signals of a ΔΣ type AD transducer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the AD converter, a ΔΣ type AD transducer 511 includes a timing creation circuit 20, an AD conversion time counter 221, an AD conversion time holding part 231, an AD conversion data selector 241, and an AD conversion completion signal selector 251. The AD conversion data creation part is paralleled to form multiple channels with 181, 182, ... 18m, thereby increasing the frequency of sampling digital signals per channel.
