PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a programmable controller capable of controlling a control object by selecting the control method of a control object from a programmable display unit when the control content of the control object is predetermined. SOLUTION: The control system includes: a programmable controller for executing sequence control to a control object; a storage part accessible by the programmable controller; a selection part for selecting the control method of the control object, and for outputting it to the storage part; an input part for inputting a command to the control object; and a display control part for outputting the input data input through the input part and state data from the control object onto a display part. The programmable controller is configured to access the storage part, and to control the control object by the control method of the control object corresponding to the selection content of the storage part.
