<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a drive unit in a camera module. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lens unit 30 includes: a connected body in which a transmission shaft 44 is connected to a piezoelectric element 42; a lens L1 to which the connected body is directly or indirectly fixed; and a link member 45 slidably engaged with the transmission shaft 44. The link member 45 at least partially accommodates a spring 45p, and the transmission shaft 44 and link member 45 are slidably engaged with each other according to energization of the spring 45p.
