<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like material stretching tool for stretching the entire sheet material with a uniform tension by a small number of adjustment portions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet-like material stretching tool includes: four L-shaped corner members positioned at the four corners of a square; and four frame members whose both ends are supported by the corner members and which are respectively installed between the two adjacent corner members, can move between the adjacent corner members in the direction of the adjacent corner members, can also move in the direction closer to or apart from the opposing frame members with the two adjacent corner members supporting both the ends in relation to the opposing frame members; and four rods respectively positioned between the two adjacent corner members via the respective frame members.
