<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system which performs a reservation by a reservation system and synchronizes the reservation among two or more reservation systems. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes at least one reservation system (100), a mediator service (102), and a customer who uses at least one customer terminal (104) which can be used as a mobile device and contains a dialog. The customer inputs information into the system using the dialog. The mediator receives an inquiry and a reply from at least one reservation system, at least one service provider and at least one customer. The mediator transfers the information among the three parties, and adapts the information to them.
