PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication server that controls an information apparatus located in the vicinity of a user so that the user can view the desired content at any places where the user moves.

SOLUTION: When receiving a session setting demand message including a user ID from a display device on a household network 10, the session setter 241 sends instructions of setting a session for output of the content to the display device to one or a plurality of devices on the network 10 pertinent to the session. When receiving a session roaming demand message including the user ID via the network 10 after the setting of the session, the session roaming part 242 selects a terminal device having a location identifier identical to a location identifier indicating a current location after user's move, and sends on instruction for carrying out session roaming for the terminal device to a plurality of devices pertinent to the session roaming.
