<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection technology for a holed block for a water collecting device which can be easily connected and can surely stop water in a connection part. <P>SOLUTION: The holed block 20 includes an insertion part 80 and a part 90 to be inserted, and the holed blocks 20 are connected to each other by inserting the insertion part 80 into the part 90 to be inserted. The insertion direction end of one of the insertion part 80 and the part 90 to be inserted is provided with a pressing part 81, and the other of the insertion part 80 and the part 90 to be inserted is provided with a water stop support part 91 for supporting a water stop 100.
