<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounting device which is easily adaptive to change in mounting position of an electronic component on a film, without requiring relative positioning between units. <P>SOLUTION: As a component mounting region on the film F is changed in position, the center position of the width, in a direction orthogonal to the long direction of the film F supplied from a film supplying unit 2, and the center position, in the same direction in which the electronic component is mounted in a component mounting unit 4, shift from each other.
