<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an image composition output program which enhance convenience at the time of outputting a single document image and an output result including a single collateral image; an image composition output system; and an image composition output device. <P>SOLUTION: When text is inputted to a first text input field 54A or the like, a controller 11 displays a preview screen 50 before scanning. When a predetermined operation is performed, the controller 11 transmits a copy command and each item input text data to a multifunctional unit 30. When receiving the copy command, a controller 31 obtains a plurality of document images 71 from scan data 70 (S21). The controller 31 generates printing composition data (S26) with a set of a single document image 71 and a single collateral text image 90 as a unit based on identification numbers of the text data and the document image 71. When receiving the printing composition data or the like, the controller 11 displays a printing preview screen 80.
