PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a speaker thin and high in performance. SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit 11 having a magnetic gap 17 is installed on the reverse surface of a center part of a protector 18, a diaphragm 13 in an inverted cone shape is provided on the side of the magnetic circuit 11, and a suspension holder 15 is provided on the opposite side from the side of the magnetic circuit 11; and the diaphragm 13 is connected to a frame 19 through a first edge 14, and the suspension holder 15 is connected to the frame 19 through a second edge 16 respectively, those first and second edges 14 and 16 being substantially in symmetrical and analogous shapes with respect to a portion between those first and second edges.
