PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate type piston motor which can keep oil film formed on the sliding surface of a bearing 37 in an appropriate thickness and improve durability, or the like of the bearing 37, in the swash plate type piston motor in which a hole 36 is recessed on the rear end face of a cylinder block 16 and a boss 38 provided projecting from the front end face of a housing cover 11 is engaged with the hole 36 via the bearing 37. SOLUTION: A hydraulic oil introducing bore 40 through which a hydraulic oil is introduced to a gap 39 between the hole 36 and the boss 38 is provided in the housing cover 11.
