PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch device capable of easily processing a plurality of media. SOLUTION: The scratch device 1 for shaving a scratch layer 15a provided on the medium P is provided with: a conveying part 30 for conveying the medium P along a predetermined conveying passage A; a retard roller 38 provided on the conveying passage A as a sorting part for sorting the medium P; a shaving part 40 provided on a downstream side more than the retard roller 38 of the conveying passage A and shaving the scratch layer 15a of the medium P; and a collection part 50 provided near the shaving part 40 and collecting the shaved waste.
